Crickets! Sorry - was thinking. I can get Glorfindel and co. into the same space as everyone else - maybe have them meet around/in/at the Eventually-Hall of Fire?

(Perhaps Elrond will add it to his list of architechtural questions  )Having all of them meet there sounds good.  No need to add the details about planning the meeting (unless somebody gets a great idea about something to add).

 )Maybe this visit instills the need of a Hall of Fire in the first place.  Should we have a post with someone informing Elrond he has visitors and what to do with them, or bring them straight there and let Elrond figure it out on the fly? |

It would make sense for Rameldir to get there first and have everyone else arrive shortly after in a sort of 'Hey! Guests!' pile-up.
In the interests of picking up the pace while we get back into the flow of writing this thing, maybe it would work better to do singly written, slightly shorter posts for this section? While we have all the characters in one place we don't have to worry so much about the choreography, so the extra drafts aren't necessary. Plenty of opportunity for that if they ever leave Rivendell!

I kinda agree with the idea of singly written posts for now. Writing together worked well for when we were split in groups but is not as necessary now. So go for it, either way you choose.

As long as it's ok that they are then shorter, we can do that.

It's really frustrating, but I'm heading into ANOTHER surgery. This one is arthroscopic knee surgery, so it shouldn't be as bad, but I still don't react well to surgery and I'll be laid up and not feeling well  So go ahead and move my characters around if you want to

*sees new Journeys entry* *reads it* No, not bad at all! Then the dinner is next? And they should meet Elrond? And all of them should perhaps meet Glorfindel? I don't mean all this should be included in the next post, it's enough for several posts. I just let my imagination loose - and now I need to think about Rameldir's next move - and perhaps someone else should post before him, and we have to include at least Elrond in some way. Hmmm.
